How It Works
Just place the order. Then within 24-48 hours we will reach out and ask you to provide instructions for what you want for the design. This is when we will ask if you have any art files, logos, jpegs, photos that will help with the art process. After the initial email we can then work on a design for you to approve. We will not put any orders into production without written approval from you.
If the files you provide are low resolution or unable to be used you will be notified and we will give you additional options.
Additionally, if you're unhappy with the outcome of the design or we can't deliver what you want after you made the purchase, then we will give you a no hassle refund.
